The terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of ceezaer.com and the Ceezaer Aerial Intelligence Platform, operated by Ceezaer LLC (“Ceezaer”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 and using the platform for business or professional purposes.
• Notify us promptly at info@ceezaer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Ownership of uploaded files and reports

You retain full ownership of everything you upload — imagery, video, flight logs, project data — and of the reports generated from your content. Ceezaer receives only the limited license needed to store, process, display, and transmit your content in order to provide the service to you. We claim no other rights. See Data Ownership.

3. Payment terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page.
• The 14-day free trial requires no payment method. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Refund policy

Monthly plans are not prorated when canceled — you keep access until the period ends. If something went wrong on our side (billing error, extended outage, duplicate charge), email us within 30 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Yearly plans canceled within 14 days of first purchase receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual property

The platform software, site design, and Ceezaer brand remain the property of Ceezaer LLC. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than normal use of the service. Feedback you choose to send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

6. AI-generated report disclaimer

AI analyses and the reports built from them are generated by machine learning models from the imagery you provide. They are intended to assist decision-making and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied on for structural, engineering, insurance, safety, or other critical business decisions. Ceezaer does not warrant that AI findings are complete or free of error, and AI output is not a substitute for a licensed inspection where one is required by law or contract.

7. Acceptable use

• No uploading content you lack the rights to, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service, or to access another customer's data.
• No reselling or white-labeling the platform itself without a written agreement (white-label reports within your plan are of course fine).
• Drone operations you conduct remain your responsibility, including FAA compliance for your own flights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical. If we ever discontinue the platform, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and Ceezaer's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated findings contrary to Section 6. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Williamson County, Texas.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
