Yours, always.
Who owns the imagery, the flight logs, and the reports? You do. Here is that commitment, in writing.
The simplest way to say it: what you upload is yours, and what the platform makes from it is yours too.
Your uploads are your property
Drone imagery, video, flight logs, and project data you upload remain your property — or your client's, where your contract says so. Uploading gives Ceezaer only the narrow, revocable license required to store your files, run the analyses you request, render them in your dashboard, and deliver them to people you share them with. Nothing more.
Your reports belong to you
Inspection reports, progress comparisons, and every other output generated from your content belong to you. Use them commercially, brand them, white-label them, deliver them to clients — no attribution to Ceezaer required on paid plans that include white-label output.
We only process to provide the service
Your content is processed when — and only when — you ask: storing an upload, running an AI analysis, generating a report, or serving a share link you created. Ceezaer staff do not browse customer imagery; access to production data is limited to what support and operations require.
No third-party sharing without your permission
No customer imagery or reports are shared with any third party without your authorization. The only third parties that touch your content are the processors that make the service work (storage, hosting, AI analysis you initiate), each bound to use it solely to provide that service. Share links exist only when you create them, and you can revoke them.
Anonymized product improvement — disclosed and optional
Ceezaer does not currently use customer content to improve its models or the product. If that ever changes, it will be strictly anonymized, clearly disclosed on this page and in-product before it begins, and opt-in wherever the law requires — with an opt-out for everyone regardless.
Take your data with you
Export everything from Settings → Privacy & Data at any time, and delete files or your whole account whenever you choose. Deletion is real: content is removed from production immediately and from backups on the provider's rotation schedule.
